By using Studiko ("the app") you agree to these terms. "We" means the people behind Studiko, based in Ireland.

The app

The app is currently free to use, with no account needed. It is in beta: features may change, be added or be removed as it develops. If we introduce paid features in future, we'll explain them clearly before you're ever asked to pay, and the terms for them will be published here.

Your content

Everything you record or create is yours. We never receive it (see the Privacy page). You're responsible for what you record and publish, including having the rights to any music, images or people that appear in it.

Fair use

Don't use the app to break the law, to record people without their permission, or to attack or overload the services it uses.

No guarantee

We work hard to make the app reliable, but it runs on your own devices, browser and network, which we don't control. It's provided "as is", free of charge. Always keep a copy of important recordings. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost recordings or other losses from using a free app. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app develops. We'll change the date at the top, and important changes will be shown in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
